- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Spoke to customer service today, on the past I guess it was before Wells Fargo took over, and it was still Wachovia, I received the fastest & courteous service from Wachovia. Now since Wells Fargo has taken offer, I her NO SERVICE. I have had the same account hoping on 20 yrs, during all their buy outs, changing ownership from First Union, Wachovia now Wells Fargo. I so dissatisfied & disgusted with the way I'm treated, they could cut their overhead of Robots were put in to replace the staff now working. I am seriously thinking of pulling all my6 accounts, investments and going somewhere else. Thank you....BEWARE OF AUTO-CORRECT!By Gee Me, August 25, 2017
